Single-shell elements

Single-flow system of flue ducts was designed to be easily adapted for existing brick flue ducts.

Thin-walled metal inserts which are installed in the existing brick flue ducts are heated faster, and due to this fact the quantity of condensate which is generated when you start the boiler is reduced and a high draught power is guaranteed. When turning the boiler off, the losses for cooling are also low, because of the small thermal capacity of steel.

Maintaining the temperature at a high level inside the pipe improves draught power, increases burning quality, productivity of the heating unit and, accordingly, extends the service life of the whole heating system.

All items are constructed in such a way that it is possible to cut them up to the required size right at the building site.

Advantages of one-walled flue ducts made of stainless steel:

• designed specially for the installation in existing brick flue ducts;
• long service life due to the quality of the stainless steel used;
• corrosion protection, deformation control;
• quality and functionality of connection elements, their high accuracy enable to execute fast, simple and correct gas-proof installation of the system;
• strong draught power of the system, small friction losses in round or oval channel.

Double-walled elements

Double-walled flue duct systems are used to remove combustion products from modern low-temperature boilers. The flue duct made of double-walled elements does not require the usage of bricks.

Double-loop three-layered thermo-isolated pipes — a so-called «sandwich» — consist of an internal welded pipe made of stainless steel and an external pipe (shell) of a greater diameter. Inside of these tubes there is a layer of non-flammable insulant.

The inner pipe made of high-quality 0,6 mm, 0,8 mm, 1 mm stainless steel takes the impact of combustion products and hostile environment. It guarantees excellent operating characteristics and functionality, and it stable against a burn-out, effect of corrosion and acids.

Thermal insulation produced by company Rockwool (Poland) is characterized by a very low heat conductivity and has effective heat-insulating properties that allow to reduce to a minimum the formation of an aggressive condensate.

Pay attention to the material used as lagging when choosing a flue duct. It should be non-polluting, not containing resin binders and even at a very high temperature there should not be any unpleasant smell coming from the isolation of the tubes.

The external tube — casing — can be made of stainless steel (including decorative or «mirror» one) or galvanized steel, if it is necessary to reduce the price. It is made in such a way, that the top part is fitted on a bottom one and can be stabilized by additional clamps.

Double-walled flue ducts essentially improve the productivity of heating devices; improve efficiency of the whole heating system, contributing to a more economic operation of heating units.

When mounting complex constructions, it is necessary to consider the location of the stove, boiler or fireplace and fire safety requirements. Mounting of a double-walled flue duct is based on mounting all essential elements presented in the picture.
